The Director of Financial Analysis and Account Reconciliation manages the quarterly CECL calculation, SBO & PPP loan accounting, stock-based compensation, and general ledger account reconciliations. This position will maintain the Company’s accounting systems and records and ensure that an adequate system of internal control over the accounting records exist and that appropriate accounting quality controls are in place that support the accuracy and integrity of the Company’s financial data.  This position, in coordination with the Corporate Controller and the SEC and Accounting Policy Group, will also be involved in the implementation of new accounting pronouncements and policies and in the proper recording of significant non-routine transactions and new products or services related to new banking initiatives.
