    This role works with the digital marketing manager to assist with the day-to-day organization and implementation of our digital marketing campaigns with a focus on engagement and retention of customers. This organized, energetic, detail-oriented candidate will play an important role on our retention marketing team by coordinating projects and campaigns from beginning to end.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform daily administrative tasks such as routing materials to key stakeholders for approval and providing basic campaign metrics, to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.
    • Under the guidance of team leadership; assist in the development of campaign strategy and traffic tactic implementation while supporting result measurement and optimization
    • Contribute to conceptualization and execution of test recommendations for campaigns
    • Develop applicable campaign briefs, and work with cross functional teams and vendors to execute
    • Support management of campaign KPI analysis
    • Project management and timely implementation of critical digital initiatives such as marketing automation, SEO optimization
    • Develop customer communications relative to important account changes while logging and head all related material updates as necessary
    • Work cross-functionally while building strong relationships with internal product teams (i.e. Creative, Compliance, Business Intelligence, Customer Service) to manage and execute projects from beginning to end
    • Participate in campaign quality assurance efforts, proofreading all marketing communications for accuracy while ensuring optimal customer experience.
    • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or business strongly preferred, 1-2 years of experience a plus
    • High level of attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strategic and creative mindset with ability to develop and implement actionable plans to drive business results
    • Strong copywriting skills
    • Knowledge of Google analytics
    • Basic working knowledge of HTML preferred
    • Adobe design experience preferred
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to evaluate situations looping in the cross functional teams
    • Outstanding communication, relationship-building and collaboration skills
    • Champion of marketing metrics and program measurement
    • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
