    Customers Bank, recently named by Forbes magazine as the 35th Best Bank in America (there are over 5,700 banks in the United States!), has an immediate opening for a Deposit Operations Administrator in our Deposit Operations department. As a Deposit Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for owning daily Deposit Operations tasks and create solutions with the ability to “think outside the box”. Success will be measured via bank audits, completion of projects in a timely manner, accuracy, and quality of work.

     

    We are looking for a self-starter, team player, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Complete daily activities related to operations
    • Ensure all transactions are handled correctly and efficiently
    • Resolve any issues immediately and through the proper channels
    • Ownership of reports, processes, and projects,
    • Branch and other back office support
    • Identify, create, and implement new processes and procedures
    • Collaborate with the team to obtain root problem causes regarding operational issues
    • Provide top notch customer service to branch staff and other departments throughout the company

    Qualifications

    • At least 2 to 3 years of banking experience
    • Positive attitude and professional work ethic
    • Likes to have fun as well as get the job done
    • Flexibility to work after hours and possible weekends if need be
    • Dependability
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks on a daily basis and meet project deadlines
    • Strong attention to detail and organization
    • Provide top notch customer service to branch staff and other departments throughout the company
    • Microsoft Office (excel, word, etc.)
    • FIS/IBS system experience preferred
