    Customers Bank, recently named by Forbes magazine as the 35th Best Bank in America (there are over 5,700 banks in the United States!), has an immediate opening for an Associate Client Manager.  As an Associate Client Manager, you will provide client relationship maintenance, administrative coordination, and support to the banking group head. You will also be supporting client managers in their banking groups.


    We are looking for a highly motivated, team player, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


    • Assist customers by opening accounts, processing transactions, verifying customer information and documentation.
    • Respond to customer requests over the phone consistently adhering to bank policy.
    • Develop new bank business on a limited basis.
    • Provide support in the loan underwriting, documentation, and implementation processes.
    • Partner with the client to install bank software and hardware at client locations.
    • Provide reports for bank team members.


    • At least 5 years of banking experience – preferably in a business/commercial banking setting.
    • Bachelor’s degrees preferred.
    • Strong understanding of commercial banking policies and processes.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines Effective verbal and written communication skills; which includes creating reports and maintaining proper documentation.
    • Experienced customers service skills with the ability to WOW our clients with the best service, treating them as if they are our only client.
    • Ability to travel to different work locations and client locations.
    • Proactive identification of risks and the ability to propose solutions.
