    Customers Bank, recently named by Forbes magazine as the 35th Best Bank in America (there are over 5,700 banks in the United States!), has an exciting opportunity for a Mortgage Loan Closer and Discloser. As the Mortgage Loan Closer and Discloser, you will be responsible for gathering and preparing the required mortgage documents for settlement.  You will work closely with the loan originators, underwriters, closing agents, and/or attorneys.


    We are looking for a highly motivated, strong communicator, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


    • Gather the initial loan estimate and applicable subsequent change circumstance loan estimates in compliance of TRID regulations
    • Prepare and send the initial Closing Disclosure, in compliance with TRID
    • Review/update individual files in the preparation for the closing documents
    • Contact settlement agents/lawyers for final closing instructions
    • Prepare the closing package for mortgages in a timely and accurate fashion
    • Input or update information into the centralized loan origination system
    • Verify or validate data
    • Monitor for compliance with state and federal regulations



    • Recent disclosure and/or closing experience with familiarity of the new TRID laws
    • Previous closing experience with Conventional, PHFA, FHA, VA, and/or USDA
    • Familiarity with grant/subordinate financing programs
    • Familiarity with regulations governing mortgage lending
    • Device expertise (smartphone, iPad, mobile apps)
    • Encompass or other lending software experience
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
    • Analytical, detail-oriented and organized
    • Ability to handle delicate situations with diplomacy and tact
