    Customers Bank, recently named by Forbes magazine as the 35th Best Bank in America (there are over 5,700 banks in the United States!), has an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Commercial Escrow Administrator within our Loan Administration team. As a Commercial Escrow Administrator, you will be responsible for the day to day execution of the escrow operation between our FIS Core and the escrow vendor.  You will be working closely with our SVP of Loan Operations and AVP of Collateral & File Management Manager.

     

    We are looking for a strong communicator, who pays close attention to detail and has excellent organizational skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Confirm proper set-up of all escrow files in FIS Core
    • Assist in escrow analysis process annually
    • Verify through vendor support that tax payments are made prior to due date
    • Control the escrow funds collected from our commercial loan portfolio
    • Manage and track funds in our Financial Information System
    • Report new booked commercial loans each month to our escrow service vendor
    • Other duties as assigned by the Collateral Department Manager

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma required
    • Recent escrow administration experience
    • Strong mortgage or loan experience
    • Ability to navigate documentation imaging and escrow vendor systems
    • FIS Core experience is preferred
    • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
