The Bank Teller is the front line and most visible role within the branch.  Charged primarily with performing transactions across the teller line, the Bank Teller has the opportunity to be the most useful person in our “Memorable Experience” business model.  Getting to know the customer, recognizing faces and remembering names are all critical to the success of the model.  The Bank Teller is most often the representative of the bank when delivering on the “Memorable Experience” to customers who utilize our branch on a regular basis.



-Assist in the efficient handling of member needs.
-Must be able to perform all teller responsibilities at a very high skill level while ensuring the clients in the branch are serviced with our excellent customer service standards.
-Responsible to record the daily balances and verify cash totals.
-Complete required monthly/daily reports and record accurately and promptly, along with daily/monthly audits.
-Maintain the branch’s cash levels within the outlined policy and procedures including balancing and maintaining the vault and the ATM.
-Perform a broad variety of member service functions such as assisting with account opening, account issues, account maintenance, and answering customer questions regarding our sales office service.
-Sell financial products and services to clients or refer them to other areas of the bank.
-Resolve difficult situations quickly and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Responsible to complete daily research on accounts and account documentation to ensure all regulations and policies are followed accordingly.



-Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills.

-Ability to multi-task and prioritize day to day responsibilities.

-Attention to detail.

-Prior Banking/Financial Services knowledge/experience preferred.

-Proven sales ability preferred.

-Compliance with Bank policy and procedures as well as Federal regulations preferred.
