The Sr. Bank Teller is the front line and most visible role within the branch. Charged primarily with performing transactions across the teller line, the Sr. Bank Teller has the opportunity to be the most useful person in our “Memorable Experience” business model. Getting to know the customer, recognizing faces and remembering names are all critical to the success of the model. The Sr. Bank Teller is most often the representative of the bank when delivering on the “Memorable Experience” to customers who utilize our branch on a regular basis.
