Customers Bank, recently named by Forbes magazine as the 35th Best Bank in America (there are over 5,700 banks in the United States!), is looking for a temporary Project Assistant within our Policies & Procedures department. This person will write, design, create and edit documentation, communications, and training materials. In addition, the individual will conduct recurrent classroom trainings and workshops for team members at all levels of the bank. Other responsibilities will include maintaining documentation and communication files where meticulous detail to version control and document integrity is essential.
