We have an exciting opportunity for a Treasury Analyst. This is a newly-created, entry level position, within the Treasury Group that will support the daily liquidity management and reporting functions, as well as the forecasting and stress testing requirements. Other responsibilities will include interaction with various oversight functions including the Internal Audit Department, Risk Management, SOC, and the representatives of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia and the Pennsylvania State Department of Banking and Securities. The person in this role will have an opportunity to gain or improve their understanding of asset and liability management principles for a balance sheet in excess of $10 billion; Develop a good understanding of the key liquidity risk metrics and scenarios used by a financial institution to manage its liquidity exposure and improve their technical skills, specifically around liquidity modelling, stress testing, forecasting and ad-hoc analysis, using Excel. A successful candidate will be highly dependable and able to efficiently manage competing priorities.

  • Daily liquidity management and monitoring, ensuring the bank has the necessary funding to meet its obligations.
  • Assist in the completion of the monthly treasury reporting package.
  • Assist the manager with monthly liquidity forecasting, stress testing, and scenario analysis on a routine, as well as an ad-hoc basis.
  • Provide support in assuring that the new regulatory requirements of DFAST associated with liquidity management are fulfilled.
  • Assist the manager in the build out of the in house liquidity forecasting and stress testing model.
  • Research, develop and implement liquidity risk management best practices.
  • Assist the manager with shareholder services and annual shareholder meeting tasks.
  • Maintain up to date liquidity procedures, model assumptions and documentation.
  • Perform all duties pursuant to the banks’ treasury policy while providing superior service to both internal and external customers.


  • BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and/or 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Quick learner with excellent analytical, and communication skills (both verbal and written) with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Willingness to take on new tasks and the ability to efficiently manage competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as building cross-functional and cross-organizational relationships.

Technology Strengths:


  • High proficiency in PC based applications including the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
